No you don't. At least 50% of any transaction is to be done in Ozone. Members can take full Ozone or a mix of cash and Ozone. You must clearly state in your listings what percentage of Ozone you are taking.

• Bartercard charges a joining fee of $695 PLUS GST, Ozone PREMIUM membership is $195 incl. of GST.
• Bartercard charges a monthly membership fee of $59 PLUS GST, Ozone monthly membership is $29 incl. of GST.
• Bartercard charges cash fees on every transaction, BUYING and SELLING of 6.5% cash PLUS GST, Ozone is just 3% incl. of GST fee and 1% Ozone transaction fee.
• Bartercard expects all their members to sell or buy using 100% Bartercard. Ozone members have the option to choose what percentage of Ozone is used in a transaction, as long as the minimum is 50% Ozone when selling or buying with Ozone.

In the Ozone network, members earn credits or "trade dollars" that are put into their "Ozone Account" and can be spent on anything within the Ozone Marketplace and with other Ozone members. We want to help you expand your current network, and we've done all the work for you. The transactions are simple, and the possibilities are endless! Take, for example, a painter who does $1,000 Ozone worth of painting services to a restaurant through Ozone. This painter can now buy up to $1,000 worth of products or services from any of the other members in the community. He/She could also choose to accumulate more Ozone to make one larger purchase in the future. The more is done using Ozone with other members, the bigger the network becomes, and network marketing is a powerful business tool. Let us help you grow your business with Ozone!

Any business or sole trader that can offer a product or perform a service can apply for membership with Ozone. You must be fair and equitable in your dealings with other Ozone members.

For Premium membership it is:

• New account set-up fee (One Off) $195
• $29/month cash account fee
• 3% cash and 1% Ozone transaction fee (for purchases and sales)
• All GST inclusive

Transaction statements are emailed the following month. Transaction fees are processed between the 10th and 20th of each month.

You're not accepting Ozone instead of cash. You're receiving new customers in addition to your normal cash customers. If you have idle time in your week or your shelves are overstocked, why not accept Ozone? We are all about you getting full value for your products and services. The price you quote to Ozone members is the same price you would quote to a cash-paying client. Ozone is simply another method of payment, just like cash or a credit card. Remember that business owners are educated shoppers and price gouging is frowned upon.
